As dental bills can stress finances, we are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable arrangements as we are pleased to accept CareCredit. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

      • NO INTEREST¹ Payment Plans² from CareCredit
      • Allow you to pay over time with NO INTEREST¹
      • Convenient, low monthly payment plans² also available
      • No annual fees or pre-payment penalties
      PLEASE NOTE:
      • Crist Dental requires payment at the time of your treatment.
      • For patients with dental insurance your out-of-pocket portion is due at the time of service. We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill them for the portion they cover.³
      • ³However, if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 30 days, you will be responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier.
      • Crist Dental charges $35 for returned checks. We also charge a $50 fee for missed appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
      • You are financially responsible for all charges whether or not paid by insurance. Should you default on payments of your account and collections agency services are required, all cost of collection including attorney fees will be added to the balance of your account..
      • ¹If paid within the promotional period. Otherwise, interest assessed from purchase date. Minimum monthly payment required.
